Thank you for your interest in applying for one of our available rental properties here at Oak Tree Property Management, Inc. Please be advised, applications WILL NOT be considered for processing until ALL required information is received. All requirements and required documents are listed in the Rental Guidelines attachment.

To apply for one of our rental properties, please review our Rental Guidelines and complete your rental application. To complete the rental application, please click on the Rental Application below and fill it out.

Completed applications MUST be submitted to our office at 516 Bullard Avenue, Clovis, CA 93612.

PET SCREENING IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS

A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents with or without pets as well as animals. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. If you need accommodation in another way, please contact your housing provider. There is a $20.00 fee for the first pet and $15.00 for each additional pet (additional processing fees may apply). No cost for an applicant with no pets, service animals, or support animals.
